The Spanish manufacturer SEAT has unveiled its new car “concept car” at the Auto Show being held this week in the German city of Frankfurt. The new prototype is a sports sedan that will serve to show the future design philosophy of the brand, but it is not a marketable vehicle.
The SEAT IBL is fitted with LED lights in the headlamps and air intakes located on the bottom front, forming a set of lines that mimic an electronic board showing the design of the plug-in hybrid vehicles coming. Inside the passenger compartment predominantly light-colored skin, such as the central medallions of the seats, in contrast with the skin covered with black color and various decorative elements red.
The dashboard is covered by a glass surface that covers the entire dashboard. The main screen you can use three programs: “Travel” to travel quickly, “Sport” for a more dynamic and “Efficiency” to reduce consumption and emissions. SEAT’s new saloon also offers an innovative browser that uses data provided by Google Earth for information on road conditions.
Anyway, this being the first prototype not yet unveiled its engine or the vehicle has a purchase price to the public.
